Talking is the next milestone of which parents are typically aware. A toddler’s first word most often occurs around 12 months, but again this is only an average. The child will then continue to steadily add to his or her vocabulary until around the age of 18 months when language increases rapidly (7–9 new words a day).

Koningsdag in Dreumel is ieder jaar weer iets om naar uit te kijken.. Onze kinderen vonden de optocht met versierde fietsen fantastisch. Het Oranjecomité heeft echt iets moois neergezet. Alles was goed georganiseerd en er was voor jong en oud iets te beleven.

Bij de bar was het ontzettend gezellig. Je komt altijd wel bekenden tegen en voor je het weet sta je samen te lachen en herinneringen op te halen. Dat is precies wat zo’n dag zo mooi maakt: het hele dorp komt samen en iedereen heeft plezier.
De fietsoptocht, de spelletjes en de gezelligheid op het veld zorgen ervoor dat het echt een dag is voor iedereen. Als opa sta ik vaak langs de kant te kijken terwijl de kleinkinderen enthousiast meedoen. Dat zijn momenten waar je echt van geniet.
